What Our Children Will Remember

Dear Ridge Kids Family,

How are you and your family doing? I know this season has been difficult to most of us as we all get adjusted to the new routine and schedule. Oh and add working from home plus homeschooling–double the fun!

What I’m most reminded about recently is that our children may not remember this health crisis but they will always remember how we parents handled our fears, our anxiety and our joy during this time. My prayer is that they will remember us parents, like what the psalmist said, “They do not fear bad news; they confidently trust the LORD to care for them.” (Psalm 112:7 NLT)

Below are also some resources on how we as parents can help navigate our children’s anxiety. Don’t forget to check them out!

I am so excited that I get to be a part of teaching you but also your children during this season. One of my passions is seeing children accept Christ and learn more about Him.

Ridge Kids Zoom Edition, Sundays at 9:30AM

Starting this coming Sunday, March 29th along with our online service for the adults at 10AM & 5PM, we will also be having our Ridge Kids online service at 9:30AM. The most exciting part for me is that my kids will help me with the lesson, sing the songs, play the games, memorize God’s Word, do some magic tricks, and make the crafts. I  know your children will have a great time!

Remember this is a live call so it won’t be streamed later in the day. Please feel free to share the link with friends or family that you think may be helped by the live lesson. (See more details below!)

Can’t wait to see you guys on Sunday!

Praying for you and your family and we’re here to help.

Check In

Your child is important to us. On your first visit, we need the following personal information: parent/legal guardians names, children’s names and birthdates, addresses, phone numbers, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for each child. This information is entered into our Ridge Kids database to help maintain our secure check-in system.

Safety

Your child’s safety is our first priority. All Ridge Kids volunteers pass a background check and we use a security tag system for child check-in and pick-up.
